Since 2021, we have been part of the Business Pact for Integrity and Against Corruption and the Business Movement for Integrity, Transparency, and the Fight Against Corruption, organized by the Ethos Institute.

Voluntary adherence to the Brazil Pact for Business Integrity, promoted by the Office of the Comptroller General (CGU). This initiative calls on companies to join efforts to highlight the importance of integrity within organizations, aligned with the pursuit of best market practices for promoting ethics and integrity in accordance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).

In July 2024, ISA ENERGIA BRASIL became a signatory to the 100% Transparency Movement, an initiative by the Brazil Network of the Global Compact, aimed at fostering institutional commitments and transparent public stances that create a virtuous cycle of self-assessment and concern for companies' value chains.
The company commits to advancing towards all five goals by 2030:

Publication of the corporate governance and compliance structure of the company, including the names of those responsible, reporting levels, and seniority.

100% transparency regarding reporting channels
Publication of statistical data on reports received through the Ethics Line channel.

100% transparency in interactions with Public Administration
Publication of relevant interactions with Public Administration on the company’s website, including contracts and concessions entered into with the Public Administration.

100% integrity in the compensation of senior management
Publication on the website regarding the existence of at least a variable compensation policy for senior management linked to integrity criteria, as well as the publication of the policy on transactions with related parties, if applicable.

100% of the high-risk value chain trained in integrity
Conducting targeted training for at least high-risk suppliers/third parties, with evidence published on the company’s website.
